Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery across Europe takes approximately 9 working days from dispatch.
If a piece is not right, tell us within 30 days and we will arrange its return.
Before you buy
The things we would want to know first.
- Natural rattan is not waterproof. Use a liner or inner vessel if holding fresh-cut flowers in water.
- Tone and weave vary naturally piece to piece — yours will be close to the photos, not identical.
- Keep it dry and indoors. Natural fiber isn't suited to outdoor or consistently damp spaces.
- Handle the weave gently — natural fiber can snag on rings or jewelry.
Questions
Can I put fresh flowers with water directly inside?
Natural rattan isn't waterproof, so we'd recommend a liner or inner vessel for fresh-cut stems in water. It's ideal as-is for dried stems.
How do I clean it?
A dry brush or a lightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the material.
Will the colour match the photos exactly?
Closely, but natural material varies slightly in tone from piece to piece.
Is it stable, or does it tip easily?
It has a stable, wide base and sits securely — it isn't top-heavy.
Is this the same weave as the small basket?
Yes — hand-woven from the same natural rattan, so they pair well together if you're picking up both.
