If you ordered as a guest
Open the confirmation email sent when you placed your order. It contains a direct order-status link that works without an account.
Cannot find your confirmation email?
Check your spam folder first. If it still is not there, contact us and we will look the order up directly.
Delivery timing
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery across Europe takes approximately 9 business days from dispatch.
