Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second message once it has been dispatched.
Delivery
Delivery across Europe takes approximately 9 business days from dispatch. Exact delivery options and cost are calculated at checkout based on your address.
We currently deliver within Europe only.
Returns

How to return something
Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and give you a reference. Returns sent without contacting us first can be difficult to trace.
Refunds

Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right at no cost to you.
