Materials and care
Stainless steel blade with a layered Damascus-pattern finish. Hand wash in warm water, dry immediately with a soft cloth. Do not put in a dishwasher. Store in a block or on a magnetic rail rather than loose in a drawer. Hone regularly; sharpen once or twice a year depending on use.
Delivery and returns
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery across Europe takes approximately 9 working days from dispatch.
