enough to
change how you cook.
Why this one
Sharper, for longer
Most kitchen knives dull within weeks of daily use, which is why so many drawers have a knife nobody reaches for. The layered Damascus steel holds its edge through months of real cooking, not just the first few cuts out of the box.
The right shape for the job
A flatter belly and finer edge angle than a European blade, built for precise downward cuts rather than rocking. Less effort per cut, less fatigue over a long prep session.
One knife covers most nights
The 8-inch chef is the one most kitchens reach for daily. The utility fills the gap most drawers are missing. The ten-piece set is for setting a kitchen up from nothing, at a better price than buying each piece separately.

Before you buy
The things we would want to know first.
- Hand wash and dry immediately. These are not dishwasher safe — the heat and detergent will dull the edge and mark the finish.
- These arrive genuinely sharp. Store in a block or on a magnetic rail, not loose in a drawer.
- The layered pattern is structural, not printed — expect it to develop a working patina with use. That is normal, not a defect.
- Each blade is finished individually, so the Damascus pattern varies slightly from knife to knife.
Questions
Are these dishwasher safe?
No. Hand wash in warm water and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Dishwasher heat and detergent will dull the edge and mark the finish over time.
How often do I need to sharpen them?
Hone regularly to keep the edge aligned, and sharpen fully once or twice a year depending on how often you cook.
Which knife should I start with?
The 8-inch chef if you are only buying one — it is the knife most kitchens reach for daily. The utility is the one most drawers are missing if you already have a chef's knife.
Will the pattern look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Each blade is finished individually, so the Damascus pattern varies slightly from knife to knife.
Is the ten-piece set better value than buying separately?
Yes, if you are setting up a kitchen from nothing. It covers the full range at a better price than buying each knife on its own.
