This site is operated by Craig Pace, trading as Homree, 65, Triq il-Kappella ta' Xagħra, Naxxar, NXR 2109, Malta. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Homree.

Using this site

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

Products and pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Several are handmade from natural materials, so grain, tone, weave and small marks vary between pieces. Your item will not match the photograph exactly. Where this matters we say so on the product page.

Prices are shown in euro. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

We may limit or refuse an order. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Your right to cancel

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and return the goods within a further 14 days. Our refund policy explains how. We offer 30 days as a matter of policy, which sits on top of this statutory right.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Malta, and disputes fall to the courts of Malta. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

Online dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
